    •    Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
    •    Exclusions: Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
    •    Underwear & Intimates: These items may be returned only if the package is unopened.
    •    Sale Items: Final sale unless defective.
